Terms of serviceGeneral Information☾• Once the payment is made, you will be added to the waitlist and I will begin with your commission when your turn comes.☾• Delivery time may take from 1 week to a month. In case of a setback, I will let you know.☾• Maintain respect. Otherwise, you will be blocked. (Meaning No Refund)☾• My commissions DO NOT include the original editable files. If you wish to order them, an additional payment of 50% of the initial price will be requested. However, remember that I may not deliver them with the layers in order and with no names☾• If you need a faster delivery (maximum 5 days) an additional payment equal to 50% of the initial price will be requested.☾• If you need the commission to be done in 2 days, an additional payment equal to 100% of the initial price will be requested.☾• Due to time zone differences, when requesting a rush fee you must specify what time zone to have in mind to avoid late responses while changes are requested to the commission.
(My Time: CST (UTC-6)☾• Since I’ll be doing my best to communicate in your time zone, please try to answer as fast as possible so I can deliver as you requested.Payment & Refund Information☾• All prices are in USD☾• Payment must be made via Artistree in advance☾• Artistree Orders you! the customer to pay a FEE, Please be warned!☾• If you wish to pay Via Ko-fi I will also have you pay a fee of $5 or more depending on the commission☾• Once you have paid 100% of the total price, you are securing your place on the waiting list. If you change your mind and you don’t want to commission me anymore, a refund of 75% will be made. Remember, my time is as valuable as yours.☾• If I have a setback and I cancel the commission, a full refund will be granted.☾• If I have already started with your commission and you want to cancel it, no refund will be made.☾• If more than two months have passed and I have not delivered WIPs/Updates to your commission, you are eligible for a full refund. (But if you let me have more time, then I will be grateful!)☾ In case you have paid a rush fee but did not reply to my concerns about the designs with sufficient time for me to make the necessary changes, a refund of the rush fee will not be granted.☾• If you were unrespectful in the commission process and I have blocked you, no refund will be madeOnce your commission starts...☾• I will make sure to send you the design of the commission. Please let me know of any mistakes in the commission or the Commission will be final and I will not fix it after 3 hours unless I have made a mistake and fixed it myself.☾ When the commission is delivered and accepted, any desired change will have an additional price of five dollars per change.Once your commission is over...☾• I have the freedom to publish my work on my social networks. If you want to keep it confidential until a certain date you must let me know. I will not have any problem with not publishing it, but you have to let me know!!☾• No refund will be made.If you have any questions or concerns, my dm's are always open.

(and as said before, the second/third part will be blocked and put on the list)
